Goods are sold from the store where you can get the benefit of the advice and experience I can offer.

I do not offer a mail order service and trade from store usually to an area within one hundred mile radius.

I offer a discount off the recommended retail price coupled with the added value of personal service from choice through purchase and installation to aftersales care.

Premium models- Where the instrument is too large I use the services of other firms, in these cases delivery charges can be higher.

I do not currently offer any third party payment or finance options.

I aim to provide a level of service during the consultation to enable each customer to be sure they have chosen the instrument that meets their needs. Goods are not accepted for refund or exchange once purchased. Your consumer rights in respect of free from defect are not affected, a repair or replacement may be organised.

Most models will be ordered from suppliers following a purchase. Usually products are promptly delivered to the end user in three to five working days.

Every new product has a manufacturers warranty which is at least one year parts and labour, most manufacturers offer between two and five years.

In the rare event of a fault occurring during the period of warranty, piano repairs are usually carried out at the customer's house by an approved technician. Any faulty keyboards would normally be returned properly packaged to the supplier for repair.
